About Bank Victoria

PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (Bank Victoria) was established in 1992 and started its commercial operations on October 5, 1994 as a Commercial Bank. In 1997, Bank Victoria expanded its service portfolio by trading foreign exchange and became a Foreign Exchange Bank in 2016.

In 1999, Bank Victoria listed its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange, since then Bank Victoria has carried out various corporate actions, including the issuance of copyrights and issuance of bonds, both senior bonds and subordinated debt.

In 2007, Bank Victoria acquired Bank Swaguna which later in 2010 changed its name to PT Bank Victoria Syariah (BVIS). Furthermore, in 2022, the Victoria Business Group will carry out a restructuring with Bank Victoria to divest the majority of BVIS shares, PT Victoria Investama will become the Controlling Shareholder of BVIS and Bank Victoria will become the Executor of the KUB Bank Victoria Holding Company.

Bank Victoria has been appointed as a Perception Bank based on the Decree of the Director General of Treasury Number KEP-284/PB/2021 dated 16 November 2021 regarding the Appointment of PT Bank Victoria International Tbk as a Perception Bank implementing the Electronic State Revenue System and obtaining approval for new activity plans as Perception Bank based on Financial Services Authority Letter No. S-22/PB.331/2022 dated 24 February 2022 concerning New Activity Plans as a Perception Bank.

In 2022, Bank Victoria has met the Minimum Core Capital in accordance with POJK Consolidated Commercial Banks. In 2023 Bank Victoria was licensed as a Participant in Conventional Monetary Operations in Rupiah and Foreign Exchange from Bank Indonesia.
